Beyond the Four Walls
Here at Victory Church, we believe ministry doesn’t stop at the church doors — it starts there. Our heart is to go beyond the four walls of the church and meet the real, practical needs of our community. From feeding children in past seasons to now clothing foster kids across the Capital District, we are committed to loving people like Jesus did.
We are always looking for those willing to be the hands and feet of Jesus — serving, giving, and helping meet needs week after week. Together, we can bring hope to families and shine the light of Christ in our city.
Our Foster Store
Our Foster Store is a free resource where foster families can shop for clothing, shoes, toys, and essentials for the children in their care. In the last five years, we’ve served over 500 families!
Many children enter foster care with very little — sometimes carrying their belongings in a trash bag. Pastor Charlie and Victory Church created the Foster Store to meet this need and remind every child they are valued.
Open by appointment only. Volunteers are always welcome!

Victory Church Teacher Store
When we discovered that many teachers are not provided with the supplies they need — and often spend their own money to stock their classrooms — Pastor Charlie and the leaders at Victory Church knew we had to step in.
Our Teacher Store is a free resource where teachers can “shop” for everything their students and classrooms need — from pencils and notebooks to art supplies and more. Together, we’re making sure classrooms are fully equipped and children have what they need to learn and thrive!
The store is open by appointment only, and we welcome volunteers who want to help bless local teachers and students.

Victory Church Food Pantry
Our Food Pantry is open once a week, serving fresh fruits, vegetables, eggs, butter, bread, and more to over 100 families every week — right from the garage of our new church building.
This outreach is more than food; it’s about hope. Week after week, we have the privilege of meeting practical needs and building relationships with families in our community.
Volunteers are always welcome to join us in making a difference — one bag of groceries at a time.
